Ruptiva began as a two-person practice in a rented Petaling Jaya shoplot — one drawing the layouts, one running the trowel. Our first job was a 720 sq ft condo in Puchong; the owner is still sending us referrals.
We've stayed deliberately compact since. Today the studio is eight permanent staff plus a roster of trades we've worked with for years — the same tilers, the same wiremen, the same joinery shop. That continuity is what keeps the finishes consistent across projects.
Renovation should be the part of owning a property where you feel most informed, not least. We try to make our quotes readable, our schedules honest and our snag list shorter than the next contractor's.

If we hit something behind a wall that changes the cost, we stop, write it up, and wait for your nod.
The final 10% of payment is held against your snag list. We don't chase it until you're satisfied.
We measure what tells us whether the work is good. Margins go up and down; these are the things we won't let slip.
