This page explains what information we collect when you visit ruptiva.pro or send us a project brief, what we do with that information, and the choices you have. Our handling of personal data is aligned with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Who is responsible for your data
Ruptiva Construction & Design Sdn Bhd (SSM 202401555733 (1568442-A)), with its registered office at Suite 12-03, Wisma Mont Kiara, 1 Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, is the data controller for the personal information you submit through this site. What we collect
We collect two types of information:
- Brief information. What you type into the contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, project type and message. This is collected only when you press send.
- Site analytics. Aggregated, non-personal data about which pages are read, which devices are used, and roughly which region a visit comes from. We use this to understand which content earns its keep.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for ID numbers, dates of birth, payment information through the site, or marketing preferences. If a project moves into engagement, we agree separately on what additional information is needed for the contract.
How long we keep it
Briefs that don't lead to engagement are deleted within twelve months. Active client correspondence is retained for the duration of the project plus seven years for accounting compliance, then deleted. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only.
Who sees your information
Only the studio team. We don't sell, rent or share contact details with marketing partners. We use no third-party advertising platforms on this site. The form submission stays within our infrastructure.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask us to:
- Confirm what we hold about you;
- Provide a copy of the information;
- Correct anything that is wrong;
- Delete information that we no longer need to keep;
- Stop processing your information for any future contact.

Security
The site runs on TLS, the form has anti-bot and anti-spam controls, and access to brief inboxes is two-factor authenticated. No system is impenetrable, but we treat your information with the seriousness we'd want our own treated with.
Children
Our services are not aimed at children, and we don't knowingly accept briefs from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, write in and we'll delete the record.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page substantively, the "last reviewed" date at the top changes and a short note is published on the homepage for thirty days.
