Where we get called in
Wet works is the part of a renovation most likely to come back and haunt the owner if rushed. We treat it as a discrete trade with its own foreman and its own sign-off, even when it's part of a larger build.
- Bathroom refitsStrip, re-pipe, re-membrane, screed, tile, fit out. Tested at every stage.
- Kitchen wet worksSink and dishwasher pipework, water filter loops, gas re-routes where licensed.
- Water-proofingTwo-coat cementitious or polyurethane membrane to wet floors and shower walls. Test pond before tile.
- Leak detection & repairAcoustic and thermal tracing on existing properties; minimal-hack repair where possible.
- Pipe re-routingEmbedded pipework reroutes for new layouts, with as-built mark-up provided after.
- IWK & SPAN awareConnection details follow IWK guidance for sewage and SPAN for incoming water; we keep the paperwork.
What we don't do
We don't take on standalone gas piping for industrial kitchens (we partner with a licensed contractor for that), and we don't touch sewer mains under public roads — those need a JKR-licensed crew. We'll be straight with you if your job sits outside our lane.
Cost guide
A standard bathroom strip-and-refit (4×6 ft, basic finish) starts at RM 8,800 turnkey. Mid-range with feature tile and freestanding tub: RM 18,000 – RM 28,000. Full kitchen wet works as part of a renovation, plumbing portion only: RM 4,200 – RM 9,500. Per sq ft of water-proofing: RM 18 – RM 26 depending on membrane.
Sign-off & warranty
Every wet area we close up is pressure-tested and pond-tested before tile. We hand over a one-page test record and a 12-month workmanship cover on the connections we made. If a leak starts inside that window we come back without invoice.
