- Make-ready packsEnd-of-tenancy turnaround for landlords — clean, repaint, repair, photo report inside seven days.
How it's priced
- Day rate: from RM 380 / day per skilled trade plus materials at cost.
- Package work: repaint of a 1,000 sq ft condo, walls only, from RM 4,800.
- Standing maintenance contracts: monthly retainer with first call-out within 48 hours, quoted per portfolio size.
